Every Levainry order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your bread bag arrives faulty or you’re not satisfied, we’ll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.
How it works
- Email contact@bread-bag.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
- We arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
If a bread bag is defective on arrival, you don’t need to ship it back for a refund in most cases — we resolve it directly.
